Such an ordinary place, there on Mulberry Street in Memphis, Tennessee.

The heart of America.

An ordinary place took down an extraordinary man.

We like to remember Martin Luther King as this teddy bear of a man, dreaming of a better America.

But he was outspoken.  He was supporting union rights.  He was speaking out strongly against the war in Vietnam.

He was inconvenient.

He dared to be human.

He risked it all.
